how do i place an order?
here's a guide on how to place an order to our shop.
1. check our latest tweet under the tag #STAERYGOs, the deadline of orders, date of payment, estimated time of arrival, order form and other basic information you need to know are stated in the tweet.
2. if you are now ready to place an order to our shop, you can click the link or the order form attached in the tweet.
3. complete the order form. please make sure that all of your information is correct and complete. you can now submit the form once you're certain about your orders.
4. wait for the automated email confirmation on your email. once you submit the form, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. our payment information, deadline, and other information are included in the confirmation email, so please read it thoroughly.
5. you must pay for your order(s) on/before the deadline. to avoid late fees of 100 pesos per day, pay on time. make sure to submit your payment receipt in our payment form after you've made your payment.
6. check the masterlist or #STAERYUpdates for your order status from time to time.
how does a group order works?
when will i receive my orders from your shop?
1. fill out the order form attached in the tweet to place your orders.
2. once the group order is already closed, we will be placing all orders from the website or send the list of orders to our supplier.
3. wait for the release date or the end of pre-order date of a specific item.
4. if the items are from our supplier, for example, bts assorted albums, wait for atleast 3-7 days before asking for an update, because we need to count all orders first before placing an order to our supplier.
5. once the order has been sent to our supplier, they will prepare our orders before shipping them to our korean address.
6. upon release date or once our supplier shipped our orders to our korean address, it usually takes 3-7 days before it arrives in our korean address.
7. our consolidator in korea will consolidate all of our items to fit inside the box.
8. if our jumbo box is already full and all items are packed inside the box, the box will be picked up by the international courier.
9. the box will be stored first in the international courier's warehouse, the box will be loaded in the container depending on their schedule and will depart upon their schedule.
10. cargo has now departed from korea port and awaiting to arrive at manila international port. the estimated time of arrival is 4-6 weeks from korea to philippines, including customs processing.
11. boxes will be delivered in our local address depending on their schedule.
12. after receiving the boxes, orders will be sorted and we will check the condition of the each item first. items will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks.
13. tracking numbers will be encode in our masterlist, you may track your parcel on the designated tracking site.
14. you will receive your orders after ship out within 1-2 weeks depending on your location.
15. after receiving your orders don't forget to post/message us for any feedbacks or to share your shopping experience with us!
